Here are the Preliminary Rules notices:

Score cards must be kept and turned in at the end of the round.

Mark score cards with the total number of strokes only.

DO NOT MARK STROKES AS OVER OR UNDER PAR.

For example, on a par 3, if it takes the player 5 strokes, do not enter "+2". Enter a "5" on the score card. This will assist the statistician and help prevent errors. Different divisions use different pars.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE WILL DISQUALIFY THE CARD RESULTS.

You are responsible for your score.

ACE POTS

Spiritwood has unique Ace Pot rules.

The Ace Pots are tracked on several holes. You may pay $1 for each Hole you would like to have a shot at winning the accumulated cash pot for that particular hole. Each hole carries a balance from the previous year.

The ace pots are active for both rounds. An ace in the first round ties with an ace in the second round. A tie will split the pot.

The Ace Holes Are

#4 - Gapping Maw PVC Basket -- $12

#5 - Dragon's Mouth Bell -- $0

#11 - Wood Basket -- $0

#15 - Rock Tone -- $14

The new hazzard on Blue Heaven

Situations that cost you a stroke:

#1 Submerged in water. -- Frisbee must be totally submerged. Play from where it entered the hazzard. If it is floating, it is not submerged. Play it from where it is removed from the water or play it as "submerged" from where it entered the float mode.

#2 Stuck in trees or bushes -- 10' above the ground. Play it from the fall when you knock it out.

#3 Out Of Bounds -- The Neighbor's Fence line on #17 is out of bounds. Take a stroke and play from where the frisbee crossed the fence line.

Other INFORMATION:

CAMPING -- you may camp under the following restrictions:

NO FIRES- we have a designated fire pit. It is communal.

BRING WATER-- I still have to haul drinking water. (Hopefully, it is the last year for this problem.)

PETS-- If possible, please leave them home. Otherwise keep them behavin'.
